Manuka Honey spread a thin layer all over the rash. I left it on all day before using a warm cloth to clean it off before bedtime. It is sticky and my rash is on my belly so I just leave it uncovered. In 3 days most of the rash is gone and is looking great. It also helped with the itching. The honey is recommended by 2 different Dr's so I tried it and sure glad I did. You want a jar that has a MGO number over 500 but the higher the number the better. Thanks for the video with all the details. btw, you can probably use the garbage disposal outlet. The standard for an outlet with a switch is to connect the bottom outlet to the wall switch. You can tell if it follows code when the outlet is installed upside down, i.e., ground is on top. The top outlet should be live.
